* This should be sent to the Controller of Mines/Regional Controller of Mines in whose territorial jurisdiction the area/mine falls as notified from time to time by the Controller General, Indian Bureau of Mines, under rule 62 of the Mineral Conservation and Development Rules, 1988. ** This is applicable in cases where the main mine is divided into more than one district/section/pit. |
