G.S.R. 153(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13 of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (67 of 1957), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Mineral Concession Rules, 1960, namely :- . 1. (1) These rules may be called the Mineral Concession (Second Amendment) Rules, 2005 (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In rule 64D of the Mineral Concession Rules, 1960, under the heading 'Guidelines';- (a) in the heading of Case 1, after the word 'aluminium,' the following shall be inserted, namely :- "( bauxite and laterite despatched for use in alumina and aluminium metal extraction)"; (b) in the Explanation below Case 2, after the words aluminium, the following shall be inserted, namely :- "(bauxite and laterite despatched for use in alumina and aluminium metal extraction)". (c) in the heading of Case 3, after the word 'aluminium', the following shall be inserted, namely :- "(bauxite and laterite despatched for use in alumina and aluminium metal extraction )";
